Nope. I'm very vigilent about my startup stuff. All that runs on boot up is explorer, systray, and my mouse controller. I check it every time I reboot to make sure nothing has stuck itself in there. :)

I'm still wondering if it's the memory itself. At $30 for 256, I'm half tempted to replace it and see if that helps.
