How about a "Kansas City" Tape Drive? Now that was a tape drive! It only took 15 minutes to load a sub set of Basic. Who was it that put Basic on a CPM board? Some drop out from Harvard? Darn thing would boot and have Basic ready to go. No waiting - gee - that is no fun!
