In my real code I actually did it. I then changed the code to fill in the structures for the 122 forms that were defined on my printer. It worked but it took almost a minute to run. My last idea was to try to just get the last forms but I could not decide how to do that.

I have had to give up this chase - it was decided to go with a form of raw printing where what you send to the printer actually gets printed whether the printer wants to or not.
