Well, once I got hooked on TECO, I couldn't use anything else. It did have some great search and replace once you got through the arcane commands.

Yep yep on the RSX. Worked on the hardware/software for a radar DSP (built entirely with ECL logic) that we did all the coding with RT-11. A very smart buddy of mine did the compiler for the DSP on RSX. 167 bit instruction "word", 16 bit data, integer FFT's, yadeda. A lot of fun that project was. We lived and breathed DEC hardware and software. I still remeber our first VAX-11/730. Talk about hog heaven...
