Thanks, I need to read this this evening. I had realized that there is no reason that I need to put all 35 million records into one table. It was just that when I saw that the whole thing would take up about 6 Gigs no matter how I sliced it, I realized that my real concern at the moment was pure file size. The file has to fit on a CD and be accessed directly from the CD. I would normally say that this is impossible but I'm looking at the fact that other vendors are apparently doing this. I just have no idea how or in what language they are working.
