The VS.Net editor work like that too for Windows forms, but it's nowhere near as slick as Delphi was <s>... With VS.Net changing some things will totally hose a form <bg>, whereas in Delphi you'd get a dialog that would tell you what was wrong immediately.
I've had some major problems with Windows forms in .Net so far. Most of it due to version differences even with slight beta differences. Slight changes to objects etc. and boom the forms won't load as forms anymore. I suppose this will get addressed before it ships, but it's been frustrating as hell.
