To add properties to the form:
- Open form in Form Designer, Click on Form menu and choose New Property.
- Fill at least the name of the property and click add button.
- Repeat for all properties you want to add and than click Cancel.

You can use Edit Property/Method on the Form menu to make changes. After that go to the properties sheet and you will see all custom properties at the very end of the list in the alphabetical order. You can assign them values right there, if you want.
