If you're going the ISP route, most ISPs (at least, here in the states) have NT/2000 web hosting options that should include Active Server Pages(ASPs). They should have this listed with their service as a feature. If not, just ask them. Database is another matter -most ISPs have SQL Server, but, maybe MSDE at a lower price. This is all assuming straight ASP scripting, no components. ISPs usually have a list of components they'll support, so, this may be tricky..
They also usually have a Shopping Cart and some other applications that you could use.

The other option is to host it at the business itself. You should weigh the total costs of the ISP's services and software against what you could do in-house. This is a real option and, in our case, was the best since it was much cheaper and we have more control over it...
