i have one table and one fiels of the is link to the picture/images related to that picture e.g there is employee table and ecode is related to the bmp images saved in pertuclar folder now wat i want when i am converting te report file to doc file i want image of that perticular employee. the image is save in c:\windows\picture folder.


how it is posible?
