The picture paths are stored in the button class, did you copy the pictures over as well??

If you copied the class over as well to the "destination directory" then I would copy the pictures over to the same "destination directory" and then modify the class so the path reflects the new folder (same folder as the "destination directory" so the path in the class can be (thisform.cmd_button.picture = 'up.bmp') [simplicity]

also do not add this picture to the compile process
