Check in the project: you must have phi sign (a circle with a diagonal line) in front of the table name. This means the table is in the project, but is not included in the EXE. If it doesn't have that sign, the table will be included in the EXE, so, it will be read-only. To correct that, go to the Project menu and select Include/Exclude (you must be on this table when you do this).
