I put a "Set Coverage To Cover.log" in the GotFocus of the first object and a "Set Coverage To" in the GotFocus of the second object. So, when I ran the app I would get only the profiling listed in the file that happened at that time. Is this not of the uses of the Coverage Profilier? I'm just trying to see exactly, line for line, what is being run from the moment the first object gets the focus and then throws it immediately to the second object.

I must be misunderstanding what you're trying to tell me...
