Is your filtered index your controlling index? It looks to me as if you are setting your TAG back to the controlling index before you run your default report print settings. I could be wrong but doesn't ORDER() contain the controlling index or CDX depending on how you manipulate it?

I opened this file with a filtered index and did modi report TableMaint. It printed correctly only 5 recs. So, my guess is, that it's a problem in Reporter application itself, but I'm not 100% sure.
