I have not worked with forsets, but have used Option Buttons to allow the user to choose one of the two options.

The way that I set up the code is that, if Option Button 1 is clicked, the textbox that will receive input from the user is set to "". i.e.,

thisform._textbox1.value = ""

When the user clicks Option 1, now the textbox will be blank. I have also entered code to make the textbox for Option 2 invisible if Option 1 is selected.

Not sure if this is of any help to you at all. But here's my two cents worth.
