Saw Chris Tucker on .. Hmm.. Either Letterman or Leno.. saying that Jackie actually would rather have Chris do his own stunts than Chris' stunt double.

I do not think Jackie has a stunt double. Surely didn't in the clip where he is "flying" through the small teller window. Saw some clips where he got hurt a few times.
