You can use the Imaging for Windows components from Kodak/Eastman software. With the combination of the image edit control and the image admin control you can send to print any TIFF image(s) that you may have.

The MSDN docs are rather thin on this subject, I recommend downloading the documentation directly from www.eastmansoftware.com.
