How do you activate your shortcut menu?

>I have a created a shortcut menu when a user right clicks on a form. Everything works fine until the user right clicks again on the form with the first menu still there. I get all kinds of error messages that the shortcut menu already exists. Is there some code to avoid this from happening...thanks Eric
