It's possible, but that code was only designed to enumerate the forms, so that you could look for either the proper name or the proper size. I didn't look at Add/Set/DeleteForm at all. And remember, you still have to plug the papersize into the report as far as I know -- I haven't tried to see what happens with a default papersize and a custom form.
