Am I supposed to assign points (help, solution) in "Chatter | Universal Thread related topics"?
The links are enabled, but when I used it once, I got e-mails stating that UT had un-assigned the help. The e-mails stated that the message was not a Help. Now, I think that perhaps the real reason was that this is a "Chatter" forum.
If this is the case, IMO the hyperlinks (assign help, etc.) should be disabled.
