Leftist politicians in this country have given the greatest lip service to the Consititution and the Bill of Rights too, but have committed the greatest grievences against them. It started with Roe vs Wade, then was followed by suppression of Christians freedom of expression in public places, and continues with attacks against the Boy Scouts of America because their leaderes to not want as leaders or members of their groups folks whose sexual preferences are for men and boys (MABLA).
The 'rights' Leftists on college campuses claimed they didn't have in the 60's they now routinely deny others on those same campuses. Around UNL are gangs of leftist thugs that routinely tear down posters and other notices by groups whose politics might or do disagree with theirs.
