>I spent 4 hrs downloading IE4.0 I installed everything including the active desktop. After awhile I descided against keeping the active desktop. I just wasn't sure I knew what would happen when I clicked or moved something. I like double clicking.... Then the browser started to act up. I get a GPF every time I use it. Maybe not at once but within first minute or so. Doesn't seem to matter where I am on the internet as far as the URL. So I want to uninstall it but I am hooked on Outlook Express, and all my e-mail and newsgroups is in it. I did uninstall it once. Didn't really help my system. So now I am in the process of installing win95 on another harddrive. Going to go very slowly and using multiple partitions and a boot manager so I always can restore my system to functionality quickly. Maybe after they work out the bugs it looks like a good product. My only concern is it seems to me that many companies including Microsoft are so busy tring to beat a competitor to
>market with a product, even a beta version, that they are turning out very poor initial products. It just doesn't seem right. Anyway I am back using Netscape and I might just stay there for the browser. I guess I'll know more once I have clean installs of win95 to screw up and tear apart to find out why.

What version of Win95 are you running? I installed it at home on vesion 950B without a hitch. It has yet to crash.
