I'd be a lot more comfortable if Ken were overall VFP manager or manager for product development. This is a better than nothing move by MS, but it also sounds a little like a cosmetic rather than a real fix.
Congratulations to Ken, however, and if he is give some real power, I expect things to measurably improve.
