Has anyone came across this :-

I have a application that shared on 15 computer... Recently user open a Chinese Star Editor on the main computer and typed in some chinese word. I think the chinese software have change the database Code Page. So when the user need to run my application he need to first run the chinese software else my application will generate an error message and exit. Now i have to install the chinese star into each computer.

Is there anywhere i can over come this problem ?
