I've gotten IIS running on Windows 2000 pro (SP2). I am connected to the internet via a cable provider that assigns a dynamic IP. I can access the web server with http://localhost/ but not via the IP address. I determine the IP address by running IPCONFIG in the command window. The error I get is "HTTP 404 - File not found".

Any ideas as to what to try? I would like to access the webserver from another location to test the webserver apps.
