Activex are always a problem :(
This workaround is not smart but works :

thisform.Hide
thisform.Show(2) && Make this modeless
do form Other name oDummy
oDummy.Hide
oDummy.Show(1) && Make it modal
thisform.Hide
thisform.Show(1) && Back to modal

On a fast computer like mine what happens is almost gone unnoticable.
