I had a similar situation a while back that drove me nuts. My
installer was handling the working directory for the app differently
for NT Workstation than it was for Windows95 users. As it turned
out, my path variable on the NTWS user machines was bad (for where it
was supposed to point to FOXTOOLS.FLL). Fixed the installer and the
problem went away! Don't assume ANYTHING!
