printing to acrobat distiller works good. if you print multiple reports,
you can also distiller to concatenate them all into a single pdf file.

if you want to avoid the expense of adobe acrobat or one of the other
products mentioned, look into HotSend. it allows you to immediately
e-mail the report. with the new version, your receipient needs to also
have a copy of the software, but it is (currently) free.
