Yes. If you look at the properties in the table you'll see it. However, if you create your forms using data that's in a relative path, you should be able to change DBCs. Although, I know it can be finicky.

Some people set the autoopen to .f., set the DE's cursor's paths in the form.load and then call the de's opentables method.
