I use SafeSerial at www.sikandersoft.com for my copy protection needs. It has options to limit the number of times/days that the application can be executed. There are other similar products you can find at HalloGram. If you decide to use SafeSerial, you may need a few tricks to get it to work just how you want with VFP. I might be able to save you a little time in that regard.
