As explained in the other answer you got, you have to check the PACK and SET DELETED ON commands.
Please note that PACK shouldn't be done after you delete every record - this would be very inefficient, and wouldn't allow multi-user. You can have a maintenance routine, that does the PACK once a month, for instance.
