Try a query for Q133163 in MSDN (both local and online: it will give back several related articles that will cover these issues). I think it's a matter of get rid of printer-dependent info in FRX table.

>I'm trying to print half-page reports. The only way to do this by the book is by entering the Page Setup, going to the printer properties, and choosing Custom Paper Size ( instead of the A4 i had before ). It works nice, and i entered the values of the new size manually when prompted ( 2100 mm wide, and 1485 mm height ). All was great, and i see the report designer shows the report in the new size.
