Look at the notes in the heading of the code:

*               NOTE: CDINTF.DLL must be registered on your machine
*                     (REGSVR32 CDINTF.DLL)

The command to register CDINTF.CDINTF class in the registry is in the parentheses. Find the CDINTF.DLL on you computer and use the command:

Either:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\REGSVR32 CDINTF.DLL

or:

C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\REGSVR32 CDINTF.DLL

REGSVR32.EXE is usually in the SYSTEM or SYSTEM32 folder under the WINDOWS or WINNT directory on the C:\ drive.
