You have to restore .VCX & .VCT referenced in error message from backup.

>I've been getting this message frequently when rebuilding an app. The memo file specified in the message is a .VCT file belonging to a .VCX file in the app. I found an article on MS Knowledge Base (Article ID: Q191593) stating that the ALTER TABLE command will produce this error, however, there are no work arounds, fixes, etc listed. This app is in an existing program in use by several customers and I'm trying to make changes to it but this error is really slowing me down. Anyone having/had this same problem ? I would like to get some other perspectives on this before I start making major changes in this code.
