I'm glad I'm not one of the sages, either. These sorts of puzzles just make my brain hurt. :) I do like the logic puzzles where you get a paragraph of information and have to figure out which kid has which colour hat and what type of shoes or whatnot. Those are fun.

I just keep reading to see if anyone's solved it yet because I'm curious about this solution that is so simple a child could figure it out yet it has stumped a whole bunch of adults.
