I think employers place too much emphasis on past experience. We actually hired someone here and offered to train them in VFP - didn't work out - but that's another story.

Anyway, I hope I didn't sound like I was putting anyone down - just thought it was a little funny the way the original message started out. That's one thing I don't like about text messages - it's hard to communicate the right tone.
