We may try, thanks for the suggestion. This is strange problem. I believe, we had it in the beginning, then it disappeared by itself, then re-appeared...

I's clearly the problem with sending mails through GroupWise in VFP, because as I mentioned, it works fine, then I send mails directly from GroupWise with attachments from the Live server. It also works fine from VFP and Novell Server.

My other guess is AntiVirus software. I believe, I was able to send very small file as attachment from Live Server. Therefore, I'm guessing, it might be related with max size and AntiVirus software. We'll check this too.

>>Hi everyone,

>>We're using GroupWise here at work on all workstations. We have two servers: Development server (Novell) and "Live" server (NT). We implemented Nigel Coates class for sending mails. All data, output files and applications reside on server. When we send mails with attachment accessing Novell (Development) server from workstation, everything works fine. However, when we try to send files from NT server, the files arrive either without attachment, or with attachment showed incorrectly (Part1 instead of real name and extension). Both systems work fine with Outlook Express. I also tried to send files directly from my workstation and attach files from Live server, and it worked just fine.

>>Therefore the problem lies in sending files through VFP. Did someone have the similar problems and can share a solution?

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
