sad to say, this is one of those temp files we all try to keep in the local W98 drives TEMP directory, ( which wasn't that crowded, just a couple of hundred files )

I DO test that the file exists, I just don't test for 5 minutes! WHen the file didn't show up on the local drive in 30 seconds , the procedure was bypassed, and the failure occured about 95% of the time for a day and a half till the computer was rebooted!

I hate to blame the OS for everything, sometimes the buffers used by programs act weird too!
