Excellent point. Although Kevin didn't give any hint that he had trouble closing the tables after he returned...Unless maybe his ON ERROR was set to eat errors?

No, no errors with data or anything. It looks like I just have the underlying DBF tables from local views left open and maybe some cursor created during a form's method. I had to set this issue aside for a while due to other priorities, but I will revisit all the messages generated as soon as I can.
