That demonstration was via a video tape, which the prosecutor showed to be 'doctored.' It turns out that the average user can't remove IE as easily as the tape implied. You or I would have no trouble, of course, but my wife would not be able to do it even if she followed the tape.

I wonder if 'instant messageing' will be such that it could easily be removed in favor of AOL's product?
