What additional 3rd party product I need to buy to make report output as jpg or pdf format?

I want to know the price on it and which way is better?

Most of the report are in A4 size and some with some jpg as item picture,
For the Whole A4 jpg picture will be very large.

I also want to compare the size of final product before decide choose which way to go.

Our Company Internet PC is isolated from Novell 4 network.
(Reason from our boss: 1. afraid staff copy data out of company, 2. afraid hacker get in system)

So, he wants to group email into 1 single file before sent.
For example, an email with 3 picture attachment was copying 4 files from network to flobby.
Then pass to Internet PC.
Copy and paste the plain text into email content and then attach 3 pic from flobby.

Before I think group everything into M$ Word or Excel.
but our company using Traditional Chinese M$ Office,
which English M$ Word canNOT open the document.

So, I need to think another way to go.

PDF will be common and language independent, JPG picture also but seem large.

IF there is a way to let Eng M$ word can open Trad. Chin. M$ Word doc,
then the problem is solved. :O
