VFP7 was Released to Manufacturing on June 26. In Microsoft speak, that is release. Shipping is a different story. It generally takes 4-6 weeks after that before the product actually ships. It seems to be a bit longer this time, although I have seen spotty reports of people receiving their upgrades.
