From your other message, the error indicates that the object file being embedded is either not of a registered type (there isn't an application that has registered the file type) or that the type contained in the file is not valid. In this latter case MS KB article Q103466. It deals with why a RLE-encoded bitmap file wouldn't append into a general field of a table.
