How do I put text and a hyperlink into a memo field??

I am going to send an email and I am getteingthe data for the email body from a memo field. I use cut and paste from a Word document to get the wording for the memo field. The wording has three different links. The FIRST one comne in OK, but the others do NOT.

How do I put a hyperlink on text in a Memo field????
