Hi Cetin,

I don't know why it is a problem either, and as you remarked it is very difficult to obtain the ne3: from any function.
Apparantly Excel needs it when setting the activePrinter property (not always though, I can set the printer to acrobat PDF writer without problems, maybe it has something to do with domains?). Anyway, using the printer in the printOut method seems to work, so I'll try that.
When I try the following in Excel, the first line will generate an error, the second will work, so I expect this will work from VFP as well.
Application.ActivePrinter = "\\HMISERVER02\hp4000"
ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets.PrintOut Copies:=1, ActivePrinter:= _
"\\HMISERVER02\hp4000", Collate:=True

Thanks for you help,

Auke
