If this would have been posted in another forum, I would have said yes if you use a graphic tool like LViewPro, Paint Shop Pro, etc.

But, from Visual FoxPro, unless you use an OCX, I don't know how you would do this. As for OCX, there is a few which will allow you do view different image formats and do other stuff. But, I am not sure about rotation.
