I suppose I am just dense. Please let me explain my situation. I have a main Buyer Furnished Equipment List. This list contains several product assemblies which vary by different detail parts and or quantities. Some of the details go into all the assemblies while others are unique. I don't want the user to have to type in a detail part number twenty five times for twenty five assemblies. My thinking is, type in all the details for the first assembly which adds them to the detail table associated with the assembly number. Now I select the next assembly number. I want to parse out all the details based on the main list number previously typed in for all of the assemblies with an option to use them or not in my current assembly. I thought this might be done with a checkbox added to the grid showing the list. As the checkbox is selected the info in the current grid row could be appended to the table along with the current assembly number.
