HELP !!! I have this probem which is still unresolved ! But I now have more info.

THIS IS A FOXPRO QUESTION READ ON................

We have a customer running our foxpro database system (170 files, 1/2 gig data)

Customer has three offices.
OFFICE A (minor office).
small number of pcs plugged into a 412 cisco hub which then conects into a Cisco 1600 router with a Kilostream link. This then connects to OFFICE C(main office) via a Cisco 2600 router (at main office).

OFFICE B - same as OFFICE A

OFFICE C (main office)
Cisco 2600 router into a Cisco 24port switch. Switch connects 3 windows 2000 servers running Metafram XP 1.0 and a windows 2000 server. Plus a windows 2000 server used for data storage.


Why is it that users as OFFICE A + B get intemediate "ERROR READING FILE" from within foxpro several times a day.

We have run the patch relating to Q272127 and applied CONQ Hotfix from Cisco.


Please any ideas before the customer decides to sue us. Any suggestions at all.
