I'd hope that versatools (which is *not* shareware...) would use something similar but on the off chance that it didn't I used your suggestion and ATC didn't find it either.
The file in questions is a .BMP file. I've tried compiling the vcx specifically and that has no problems. I'm almost at a point of creating a .BMP file and locating it when the compile asks me to.
