1.) Who has suggested that they should not do anything about piracy? i.e. Name who has said they should be "taking it".

2.) How do unfair and unreasonable demands upon non-pirates become a justifiable response to their "loss"?

3.) Concerning "loss", the loss is of *potential* sales, not material property. Emphatically I assert that this does not make piracy ANY less criminal. Just understand what is actually be communicated by the "billions lost" phrases. Read Nick Negroponte's "On Being Digital" to get a feel for the difference between property composed of atoms and that of digits. It IS different literally and in it's implications. Do you think MS is happy, benign or fearfull of the open-source movement. Why?
