Larry suggested the ER (enhancement request) route and I think that this one surely would have a serious chance.

So I encourage you to at least add an entry for this in the VFP8 Wish List document here. It is frequently forwarded to MS and they do pay attention (we are told, and it does seem so). You reach it therough the 4th icon across the UT 'menu' strip across the top.
